Q: I would like to install a 7kW charger. The total input of my home is 11kW, while I have other home appliances which could reach 8kW when all of them are working. Do you have a solution for my situation?
A: Yes, we provide dynamic load balance function. It will measure the total input of your home, total consumption of your other appliances, then the rest power will be distributed to EV charging. So that the charger can always charge at its maximum allowed power.

Q: How long does it take to fully charge a car? 
A: It varies on different models. Taken BMW i4 eDrive40 for example, the battery capacity is 83.9kWh and the on-board charger is 11kW. If you install a 11kW/7kW charger at home, it takes 83.9kWh/11kW=7.6 hours to fully charge the vehicle.

A:Yes the charging current could be set from mobile APP.
