1. Q: How long does it take to fully charge a car?
A: It varies on different models. Taken BMW i4 eDrive40 for example, the battery capacity is 83.9kWh and the on-board charger is 11kW. If you install a 11kW/7kW charger at home, it takes 83.9kWh/11kW=7.6 hours to fully charge the vehicle.

2. Q: Can I charge my EV when I am not at home?
A:Yes, when you leave the house, please connect the charger to the EV and set up the charging time through mobile APP. The charger will charge the EV automatically at the set time.

3. Q: What's the product warranty policy?
A: All the goods purchased from our company can enjoy 1 year free warranty. In case of any failure, we provide free replacement charger.
